Payments

Projects may require an initial payment or deposit before production or development begins, with additional payments due at agreed project milestones.

Payments may be accepted through PayPal or other payment methods agreed upon with the client.

Any transaction or processing fees, when applicable, may be addressed in the individual project quotation or agreement.

Custom Projects

Many Jocoin Studios projects are created specifically for an individual client.

Custom projects may include unique dimensions, designs, materials, finishes, graphics, structures, or other specifications approved by the client.

Because these products are made specifically for the client, changes may become limited or impossible once fabrication has begun.

The client is responsible for reviewing and approving important specifications before final production.

Handmade Products

Dioramas, collector displays, and other physical creations produced by Jocoin Studios may contain handmade elements.

Minor variations in texture, paint, terrain, positioning, finishing, or other handcrafted details are normal and are not considered defects.

Photos, renders, sketches, or prototypes provided during development are intended to communicate the overall design. The final handmade product may contain reasonable artistic variations.

Digital Services

For web design, SEO, development, and other digital projects, the client is responsible for providing required content, credentials, approvals, and other materials necessary to complete the work.

Project timelines may be affected if required information or approvals are delayed.

Unless specifically included in the project agreement, third-party services such as hosting, domain registration, premium plugins, software subscriptions, advertising costs, or external platforms are not included in the project price.

SEO and Digital Performance

Jocoin Studios may implement SEO strategies and website optimizations based on industry practices and available data.

However, search engine rankings, traffic levels, leads, sales, indexing times, or specific positions in search results cannot be guaranteed.

Search engines and third-party platforms operate independently and may change their algorithms, policies, or systems at any time.

Client-Supplied Materials

The client is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use any photographs, logos, trademarks, text, artwork, characters, files, or other materials supplied to Jocoin Studios.

Jocoin Studios is not responsible for claims resulting from materials provided or specifically requested by the client.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Jocoin Studios retains ownership of its original concepts, processes, preliminary designs, working files, templates, techniques, photographs, and other proprietary materials.

Upon full payment, the client receives the rights to the final deliverables specifically agreed upon for their project, subject to any third-party licenses or intellectual property.

Jocoin Studios may photograph or document completed work and use those images for its website, portfolio, social media, case studies, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed with the client.

Third-Party Intellectual Property

Some custom creative projects may be inspired by or designed to display collectible figures, characters, logos, or other intellectual property owned by third parties.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Jocoin Studios is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially licensed by the owners of those third-party properties.

Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Shipping

Shipping costs for physical projects are calculated separately unless explicitly included in the quotation.

Estimated delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside the control of Jocoin Studios.

International clients may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country or carrier.

Specific shipping, damage, and return conditions may also be governed by our Shipping & Refund Policy.

Cancellations and Refunds

Because many Jocoin Studios projects involve customized services, design work, materials, or fabrication, payments may become partially or fully non-refundable once work has begun.
